We excavate the slab and dig tunnels to less accessible areas, then place jacks connected to our specialized hydraulic lifting system. The jacks lift a few inches at a time as we place temporary supports. Once fully lifted, we build the permanent support structure underneath.
The total project typically takes 6–8 months. Engineering, planning, and permitting takes 4–5 months. The active construction phase (when you'd need to be out of your home) takes 2–3 months.
Plumbing and electric get disconnected immediately before we start lifting and reconnected as soon as we're done. This is included in your quote — unlike most other structural elevation companies.
